Marketing Manager

The 50 plus strong Student Recruitment and Marketing Department is located in Leeds City Centre with easy access to public transport links.
This is an exciting opportunity in student engagement marketing, the role includes;
- Creation, development and implementation of segmented marketing campaigns to each of our core customer groups. Driving recruitment, engagement and profile of the College brands and sub brands and offer, to achieve recruitment and enrolment targets outlined in the master target file and fulfilment of the departments strategic priorities along with the senior department management.
- Increase the market awareness, engagement and profile of the LCC brands as a leading provider in the LEP development area
- Develop and agree implementation marketing action plans for all major College events e.g. Open days, Graduation, awards and lead on the successful implementation of them
- Creation and implementation of innovative events, showcasing our offer to the wider community
- Implementation of innovative student enrichment events, in collaboration with the Student’s Union and student representatives as appropriate
- Provide information for budget planning and buying spend in conjunction with Deputy Head of School Liaison and Marketing to support the overall strategy and campaigns
- Collaboration with the relevant management groups, HOD’s and Director to embed proactive marketing within the broader business plans for each school and/or department
- Increase the College’s online marketing presence and reach
- Responsibility for continuous brand development, generating increased brand awareness online traffic volumes to the core college websites, accompanying micro-sites and social media networks and influence to continuously drive the college online presence to all markets
- Creation, development and implementation of outstanding digital campaigns, to manage the main LCC website and monitor the implementation of the College’s social media policy
- Line management of staff within the marketing team including performance management reviews and other day to day management responsibilities as required
- Provide robust and detailed post-campaign analysis for line management for presentation at monthly Director and Head of department meetings
- Uphold, develop and grow the market position of the college brand and identity across all markets
- Lead, develop and mentor the marketing team
