Administrator - Employer Services & Apprenticeship Academy

Fixed term for approximately 4 months.
We currently have a temporary, full time position available for an enthusiastic team player to join the Apprenticeship Academy team as an administrator to support to processes involving:
- Preparation of apprentice reviews.
- Liaising with curriculum areas.
- Tracking learner training.
- General administration requirements.
The successful applicant will be educated to Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent and have previous administrative experience. Accuracy within this role is also essential along with IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). You should also be customer focused, a good communicator and be adaptable and able to work under pressure.
