We are looking to recruit a full time permanent Lecturer to join our successful Floristry division at the start of the next academic year (August/September start).

We are seeking an outstanding individual who can deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment and support to floristry students to maximise their potential and to make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment.

You will be able to inspire and motivate our students and to make a significant contribution to our successful vocational programmes. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Higher Diploma or equivalent in Floristry or a minimum Level 3 qualification and in-depth industrial experience. Ideally, you will possess a relevant teaching qualification, alternatively you must be willing to gain a formal qualification in role - we offer excellent CPD opportunities to all of our teaching staff.
