Dudley College are an ‘Outstanding’ college, as graded by Ofsted and are actively recruiting for a full-time National Electrical Trainer/Assessor. The role requires the implementation and delivery of bespoke electrical training courses, including: Inspection & Testing, 18th Edition, PAT Testing etc. This is a national role, which requires professional course delivery to the maintenance staff of a well-known national organisation.

The job role requires the delivery of courses nationally, therefore the ideal candidate will be expected to travel and stay away during the working week. The suitable candidate will have experience of delivering these or similar courses already.

The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and hold electrical qualifications such as C&G 17th Ed. Wiring Regulations relevant NVQ Level 3 (or AM1 & 2 etc.) or proof of equivalent experience, and Inspection & Testing qualifications. Mechanical experience would also be an advantage.

Due to the high profile nature of the role, we are looking for an experienced trainer/assessor, with A1 or equivalent and PTLLS qualifications are desirable.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
