Part Time Payroll Clerk (SS058)
Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, this is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to develop a career in Payroll.
Assisting with the day to day processing of a busy Payroll function, specific responsibilities will also include entering payroll information, calculating wages, processing payments and responding to internal and external queries.
Possessing a minimum Level 2 Maths qualification, the successful candidate will have experience of working to deadlines within a Payroll related environment, providing an accurate, high-quality service and will have an appreciation of data sensitivity and the need for confidentiality.
Strong IT skills (particularly Excel) and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
The post holder will work 22 hours per week, ideally across 4 days (9:30am to 3:00pm each day) however some flexibility on these hours may be required to accommodate payroll deadlines, etc.
