Sales and Marketing Executive

Peterborough Regional College is a large, successful college of further and higher education.

We currently have a fixed term (up to 1 year), full time opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive in the College’s Apprenticeship Academy. In this role you will contribute to the growth of the Apprenticeship provision for the College, working closely with the Employer Services and Apprenticeship team.

The working hours will usually be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday. However, the working hours will vary on occasions dependent on the needs of the College.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education to a minimum of level 2 in English, Maths and IT, along with a level 4 Marketing, Business or other relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.

You will be a motivated, self-starter with the highest level of commitment to constantly seeking new business opportunities. This is a target driven role requiring a creative person that is driven to succeed. Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written are essential along with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. This person will have the ambition and passion to exceed targets and the creativity and flair to develop new business through planning and executing a range of marketing initiatives.
