The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a modern building, with excellent on site facilities, such as a fully equipped gym, hair & beauty salons and fine dining restaurant.

Kirklees College is a large successful FE college, currently Ofsted graded as Good. Operating across Kirklees with centres based in Huddersfield and Dewsbury.  

The posts available are based in the following locations but you may be asked from time to time to work in different locations, to meet the needs of the business. Please specify which area you are applying for.

Huddersfield Centre - 5 posts

Brunel Construction Centre - 1 post

Engineering Centre. - 3 posts

You will be required to carry out general cleaning duties including, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, cleaning toilets etc. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

The qualifications deemed essential for these posts are a minimum of a Level 1 qualification in literacy and numeracy. A satisfactory Enhanced DBS (formally CRB – Criminal Records Bureau) check is required for the role, along with 2 references, 1 from a previous employer and 1 from your current employer.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential for the post.
