You will work as a key member of a broad Student Support and Warden team to support and supervise students at the College. Working with a team of Wardens and welfare professionals you will be a key contact for the student community and will also participate in welcome and induction events for new students. You will be a key contributor to the College’s Social Team to generate a comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities and positively engage our residential student community of circa 330 students.
Ideally you will have experience of a similar type of role and of working with young people. You will be committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to work and live in with active listening and outstanding communication skills. Due to the requirements of the job you will have a flexible approach to working hours as the role will involve unsociable hours and weekend working.
You will also be required to live on site and accommodation will be provided.
