We are seeking an exceptional Head of Faculty to lead a strong team of curriculum and programme managers to continue to drive the success of their divisions. You will champion the delivery of the best possible experiences to our students, whilst also enabling the faculty to deliver the highest possible contribution to the aims of the college.
This is a leadership role, in which you will have a strong strategic focus to drive business development and deliver profitable growth. Being part of the College’s Academic Management Team, you will also have cross-college management responsibilities.
We are seeking an inspirational leader, who has a strategic outlook and is able to innovate. You will be enthusiastic and driven to deliver growth and development, whilst retaining a focus on ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to our students at all times. The Faculty includes provision across a range of subject areas, from entry to postgraduate level and with a range of exciting commercial initiatives.
Candidates should be degree qualified or equivalent, as well as demonstrating an excellent track record of teaching and possessing demonstrable management experience. A self-starter, you will be confident to take the initiative, possess strong people management skills and be able to manage budgets effectively as well having experience of quality and change management.
