We are looking to recruit a professional and ambitious Curriculum Manager in Foundation Learning, Schools and Home Education to lead our team of dedicated and inspiring educators to deliver the best possible experiences to our students, helping them to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment.
The role combines operational management, teaching and leading a team with the postholder adopting innovative approaches to developing the curriculum through outstanding leadership and industry liaison. Our Foundation Learning division delivers a range of school and home education courses as well as well as Further Education and Supported Internship programmes, many of which are land-based.
We are seeking an inspirational leader, who is enthusiastic and driven to develop further our provision to students, as well as delivering growth. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent, and demonstrable experience of overseeing successful educational programmes.. A self-starter, you will be confident to take the initiative, as well as possessing effective people management skills, reflected in a track record of high performance in teams.
