Your Opportunity
As a key member of the College Management Team and one of a team of Heads of Department within your area, you will report to the Assistant Principal in the management and operation of the Department. You will be required to deliver high quality, student focused education to meet contractual requirements, internal and external standards.

You will be responsible for the direct line management of teaching and support staff to ensure delivery of an outstanding quality focused education. You will work with the Assistant Principal to effectively manage and deploy budgets and resources. Your role will include the collection, analysis and reporting of data.
