Lecturer/Teacher in Economics and Business

The Loughborough College Sixth Form department is seeking a Lecturer in Economics and Business to join them in their aspiration to deliver excellent teaching and learning as standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, adaptable, and committed teacher of Economics, to teach at AS/A Level and also on the International Foundation Programme, which allows international students to progress to university.

To be successful in this post you will be able to demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students through the use of varied TLA strategies. You will also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively both independently and as part of a large team.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A degree in a relevant subject area
• Experience in teaching AS/A2 Economics
• Passion and Motivation
• Respect for our aims and values

It would be advantageous if you could also teach AS/A2 Business.
