B&FC are seeking a Business Development Administrator to join a dynamic and innovative Business Development team. This exciting post will ensure the effective operation of all administration providing support to the wider business development team maintaining their high level of success.

Principal Duties:

  • Management of the levy process ensuring paperwork and all other associated duties are completed to support timely income generation
  • Coordination and centralisation of documents relating to employers, course bookings, on-boarding summary forms.
  • Management of web/telephone and email based enquiries, allocating, where possible, to the relevant Business Development team member
  • Responsible for handling the financial administration of the department
  • Deal with incoming calls and correspondence to support the team and respond independently to requests and enquires.
  • Support the wider Business Development function in organising programs, events, and/or conferences by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information and/or invitations and monitoring event budget.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange Business Development meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities and records and transcribe minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare written documents such as agenda, notices, minutes, and reports.
  • Support in new hire preparation and administration
  • Support in other related administrative tasks
  • To assist in organisation of enrolment of students at peak times and recruitment events.
  • To work flexible hours when required and on some occasions at late notice and undertake early morning and evening duties at time of peak workload
