Student HUB Assistant

Fixed term, for 6 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Learner Services Team. This exciting post works within the Student HUB team, and works proactively within the team for the successful development, implementation and delivery of an extensive learner services provision. You will provide a full customer services provision to meet demand within learner services across college – including reception duties, meet and greet, LRC service, services for learners, accommodation information service, and Hereford University Centre (HUC).

The successful applicant must possess the drive and enthusiasm for such a pivotal role and have experience of providing excellent customer service. A proven track record of working with young people is a must.
