Based at our Hayes Community Campus, our Beauty Therapy and Hospitality & Catering section offers a broad range of full and part time courses from Levels 1 to 3, within a dynamic learning environment that includes beauty salons, kitchen, and restaurant that are equipped to excellent industry standards.
Reporting to the Head of School for Hair, Beauty and Hospitality, Early Years and Performing Arts, you would deliver course provision to reflect the needs of local industry and maximise student achievement, teach across a range of programmes and provide strong leadership for a committed team of Lecturers and Course Team Leaders. Work-based learning and commercial courses are expanding areas of the beauty therapy and hospitality and catering portfolio - with further growth expected.
You should possess a minimum of Level 3 in Beauty Therapy together with an advanced level teaching qualification and relevant assessor awards. You should possess industry experience and adequate teaching experience within Beauty Therapy. You should also have the knowledge and skills to ensure curriculum innovation, excellent standards of teaching and learning and that the Beauty Therapy and Hospitality & Catering team is well-managed.
