Join the largest Further Education College in the UK as an Administrator for Supported Learning on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As an Administrator (Supported Learning) acting as the first point of contact for the department, you will provide excellent customer service responding effectively to queries and positively promoting the services provided to both internal and external partners. You will deliver pro-active and responsive administration services to the Supported Learning department, in line with college processes and procedures. This is an essential role which requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency as you will be required to administer high needs costings with Local Authorities and Adult ALS budgets.
To do this successfully you'll need:
- English and Maths at a minimum of level 2.
- IT skills in Word and Excel to a minimum of level 2.
- Experience of working in a customer facing administrative environment.
- Ability to work to a very high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Very good written communication and strong interpersonal skills
