Apprenticeship MIS Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Fixed term, 6 month maternity cover.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Data Inputer to join Nottingham College’s Apprenticeship Team.

Do you enjoy working as part as a team? The data input role consists of working with a small team ensuring to provide accurate data on EBS.

The apprenticeship team is growing and MIS is the heart of it all, MIS are advertising hoping to find someone who is enthusiastic and has a key eye to detail when it comes to inputting. You will be working in a busy and challenging role, with a team who are passionate in what they do and use EBS on a day to day basis.

Previous Microsoft package and EBS experience are essential, along with excellent proof reading skills and good interpersonal skills. Please see the full job description for further details.

Nottingham College Services is a subsidiary company of Nottingham College, and as such the terms and conditions of employment are different, the main differences being:

  • 30 days paid leave per year, made up of 22 days annual leave and 8 bank/public holidays. 
  • You will be eligible to receive company sick pay for up to 20 days and statutory sick pay thereafter.
  • You will be provided with details of a personal pension plan which you can access.
