We have a great opportunity at HMP/YOI Cookham Wood to join the education team as a Barista Trainer. The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality vocational training to our learners up to a Level 3 standard. This is a challenging but rewarding role and we need someone who is flexible and resilient, with the ability to encourage, engage and motivate, to help give children and young people a brighter future. To do this successfully you'll need to:

• Have experience in your vocational specialism and the ability to deliver this to learners in an engaging and effective way.
• Be willing to gain PTTLS within six months.
• Have a commitment to gain a subject specific qualification toallow you to train to Level 3 within two years.
• Have a commitment to gain an assessor award required by relevant Awarding Bodies within one year.
