A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Society for two adaptable and ambitious individuals, who want the chance to work towards a level 2 or 3 accredited qualification in business administration or customer services, whilst working alongside the Retail Customer Services teams and gaining valuable experience.

You will be expected to maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. Desired qualifications:

Training provider:

The successful applicant will complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard and the Diploma in Customer Service, which will be delivered in work time by Assessors from Dudley College of Technology who will visit you in the workplace.
