Are you looking for an excellent start to your career? A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Society for two adaptable and ambitious individuals, who wants the chance to work towards a level 2 or 3 accredited qualification in business administration or customer services, whilst working alongside the Retail Customer Services teams and gaining valuable experience.
The role will be based within the branch network, serving the needs of our members, by opening accounts, making account amendments as well as daily transactions whilst ensuring the branch is run correctly, in line with our policies and procedures.

Throughout your interactions with our customers you will be expected to provide a professional, accurate and consistent standard of service in accordance with our policies. You will be expected to maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. You will be expected to engage in conversation and provide information to our customer on the full range of financial products and services available to them.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Professional personal presentation
- GCSE A-C in maths and English or equivalent is required.
The successful applicant will complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard and the Diploma in Customer Service, which will be delivered in work time by Assessors from Dudley College of Technology who will visit you in the workplace.
