Apprenticeship level: Intermediate

Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Possible start date: 28th May 2018

Working week: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.30pm, 30 hours per week


  • Taking customer orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, by telephone and online
  • Ensuring items are shipped for delivery
  • Processing orders through online sites such as ebay
  • Documenting all order enquiries
  • Data inputting
