We are seeking highly motivated individuals with Chemistry as a specialist subject to join our Science team. This position will be based at our Peterborough Park Crescent site.

You will pass on your specialist knowledge, and will be developing skills for the future. Within this role you will teach Chemistry across a range of Science courses at all levels and the key duties of our Lecturers include:

  • Delivering high quality teaching and learning.
  • Guiding and supporting learners, providing pastoral support and care.
  • Providing appropriate assignment material for each programme and developing our contextual learning.
  • Monitoring the progress, retention and achievement of learners.

Essential requirements are a degree or above and relevant industrial experience. Ideally you will also have previous teaching experience. However, we welcome applications from people in industry, and will provide the necessary support to obtain your professional teaching qualification and assessor/verifier awards in-house.
