We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join a large, successful and focused team to teach BTEC Public Services at Levels 1, 2 and 3 and also some teaching of HND Public Services.
In this key role you will demonstrate evidence of delivering excellent teaching, learning and assessment along with a commitment to providing an effective and stimulating learning environment for students. You will deliver both theory and practical sessions and you will plan and deliver the full range of units.
An ability to teach on sport courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3 would be advantageous. Ideally you will also have managed external trips and residential programmes and be confident and adept with IT and new technologies.
To be successful in this role you will require excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with a strong commitment to develop the potential of all learners.
Educated to degree level in sport (or have substantive vocational experience), you will need to have a Level 5 teaching qualification e.g. PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS and a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
