This is an exciting interim role on a fixed term (up to six months), full time (37hours per week) basis requiring a highly-experienced communications professional who thrives on delivering key projects through successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The role reports to the Group Marketing and External Relations Director, and will work closely with colleagues across the LTE Group. This is a senior level appointment, which needs a hands-on, senior communications professional expected to hit the ground running, gain the confidence of colleagues, and work collaboratively across ourgroup to deliver on a range of key communications projects.

About you

You will be an experienced interim communications manager ready for your next challenge, or a senior communications professional, available and seeking a projects-based, interim role. You must have significant project experiences gained in large and complexmulti-site organisations, be confident building relationships at all levels,and have the project skills and resilience to deliver.

Specifically, you will be required to implement:

Group communications and engagement strategy for LTE group and business units; driving engagement and involvement of leadership teams and colleagues at all levels.

Group Intranet - business critical project to deliver a group and business unit level intranet using Share point

Communications planning and support for our business marketing plans

Staff engagement and communications projects relating to our Best Companies survey

Overall leadership and support for the six-strong,in-house communications team across BAU and crisis communications management as needed,

Measures, evaluation and reports on all communication activity to evidence successful projects and plans
