Based at the St Albans Campus

University Campus St Albans is a joint venture between the University of Hertfordshire and Oaklands College. We are looking for an experienced and innovative academic to lead on the development and expansion of our degree portfolio and contribute to the leadership of University Campus St Albans. Some teaching based on subject expertise is also expected.

Applicants will have significant experience of teaching, academic leadership and a strong track record in shaping teaching innovations within Higher Education. In addition applicants will have a strong understanding of Degree Apprenticeships and a commitment to employer led initiatives. You will be self-motivated, innovative and able to seize opportunities. Be able to work across organisational boundaries and work with academic staff from varied subject disciplines is very important.   

Applicants will have a passion and commitment to both supporting non-traditional learners and being creative in the designing of programmes to facilitate progression.
