We are looking to appoint to a new post of Finance Manager to join our busy and expanding Finance department. The successful candidate should be confident and proactive and will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to deliver accurate financial information including management accounts, out turns and cash flows as well as supporting compliance across the College. You will need to be educated to A Level standard and have or be actively working towards a CCAB or equivalent qualification. The ability to prepare accurate management accounts and line management experience is essential. Experience of working within the education sector, year-end audit and statutory financial statements accounts is desirable, as is the capability to prepare and write financial reports. You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organized in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy. A flexible approach to College work and a friendly approachable, nature are key to success in this role.
