We are Study Group, a global business specialising in International Education. Due to a new and very exciting venture, a fantastic opportunity has opened up to join our Pre-Arrivals team leading a team of Coordinators and Assistants.

What is this role and where does it fit in?

Last year, Study Group worked with over 60,000 international students across the globe, providing a variety of pathway courses. Providing an exceptional student experience is essential for us and this role plays a key part in this. This role works within the Pre-Arrivals team who take responsibility in ensuring that our students are fully supported from the moment they decide to take our course, to when they arrive in the UK. The Team Leader will line manage a team of Coordinators and Assistants, also acting as the escalations point for their specific region. They will act as the key point of contact to key stakeholders including different Accommodations, University Partners, and external companies.

What experience do you need?

  • Experience leading a team or previous experience in a lead role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • A customer focused mentality, with experience working in a customer service or admin focused role.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment, working with high volumes, with a natural instinct to go the extra mile for the team.
  • Previous experience creating and analysing reports.
  • Experience delivery basic training staff would be desirable.

This role is based in the heart of Brighton, located near the station, surrounded by the city’s unique culture. The building has excellent facilities, the team are hardworking and social, and there’s a fantastic office environment.
