We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join our Student Services team to coordinate the operational arrangements of our transport services. This will include the daily supervision of our fleet and driver team and associated arrangements for fleet management. You will also coordinate the allocation of student transport passes and work with colleagues to ensure funding and bursaries are allocated correctly. You will maintain records and oversee the arrival and departure of fleet vehicles from site on a daily basis.
You will be highly organised and be comfortable working with and supporting agreed schedules. This is a customer facing role and you will be confident to deal with a range of stakeholders on a daily basis both face to face and over the phone. You will be a competent user of IT systems and be able to analyse and interpret data quickly. Good numeracy and literacy skills are required. The role is heavily influenced by the academic cycle and will require a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business at different times of the year.
