Due to some exciting changes, our University of Lincoln International Study Centre are currently looking to hire a Professional Services Manager.

What is this role and where does it fit in?

The University of Lincoln International Study Centre, offer a variety of pathway programmes to International Students from across the globe. This is a key role within the centre, taking operational and strategic management, of the Professional Services within the centre. The role involves line management of the professional services team which includes all Academic Admin, Student Services and Welfare. You will play a vital role within the Senior Management Team of the Centre in achieving the delivery of the best possible student outcomes and experience. Reporting to the Head of Centre, you will work closely with senior colleagues within and outside of the Centre and be accountable for the delivery of exceptional service provision.

What experience do you need?

  • Experience of managing staff in an office environment.
  • Experience of data management and interpretation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience of developing or delivering initiatives with a strong customer service and results focus.
  • Confident in learning and using new student management systems or databases.
  • Strong administrative IT skills, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Where is this role based?

This role is based at the University of Lincoln International Study Centre. This located in the University Campus, which is centre Lincoln site. Students join the centre to study on either the International Foundation or the International Year One programme, with the aim to learn the language, study and research skills needed to successful complete their degree. The staff are all really friendly and professional.
