ICT Site Coordinator

Location: All Nottingham College Campuses

37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled ICT Site Coordinator to join Nottingham College’s ICT Team.

The role of ICT Site Coordinator is a busy and challenging role where the individual will be supporting staff and students to deal with IT problems and requests effectively and efficiently.

Working with IT Service Manager – Customer Service and Support, this role is responsible to lead a team of technicians on the day to day support at all Nottingham College campuses. The individual will also take the lead on projects, summer moves as well as working with curriculum and support services to look at technologies which keep Nottingham College up to date and forward thinking.

A high level of technical skills supporting all technologies is required and the individual much have excellent customer service skills. The individual must also be flexible and willing to travel as they will be required to attend meetings and offer support at other Nottingham College sites, often at short notice.

Nottingham College Services is a subsidiary company of Nottingham College, and as such the terms and conditions of employment are different, the main differences being:

  • 30 days paid leave per year, made up of 22 days annual leave and 8 bank/public holidays. 
  • You will be eligible to receive company sick pay for up to 20 days and statutory sick pay thereafter.
