Fixed-term post for 12 months, anticipated start date August 2018.
We are looking for a Plymouth College of Art graduate to join our Student Recruitment team. You will assist in the marketing and promotion of Plymouth College of Art pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes through the delivery of a busy calendar of student recruitment and profile-raising activities including Open Days, UCAS Conventions, regional arts events and a calendar of school and college events, regionally and nationally.
You will be a creative and enthusiastic graduate that has a passion for Plymouth College of Art and be able to talk confidently about your own experiences whilst studying here. You’ll have an understanding of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes we offer and want to tell others about what makes studying at a dedicated art school so special. You will get involved in running student experience and application sessions for adults and teens, help to manage our Open Days (requiring some weekend working) and also visit schools so a basic understanding of our pre-degree curriculum and the ability to think creatively on your feet will be important.
You will need to have a clean driving licence and willingness to travel, both alone and as part of a team, frequently to events such as UCAS fairs across the UK. In reward you’ll learn about communications, marketing and event management and be part of a friendly, flexible and creative Student Recruitment team that resides within the Brand and Marketing directorate of the College. These are 2 fixed-term posts.

Closing date: Friday 18 May 2018, 9.00 am.
It is anticipated that the interviews will take place during w/c 4 June 2018.
