We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to work within our Employer Relations Team.
The main duties of this role would be:
Monitor, maintain and lead on the improvement of customer relations across all services supplied during the completion of work place learning activities, developing and maintaining excellent customer communications with external stakeholders, internal departments and, where relevant, students, monitoring and co-ordinating activity to support continued improvement of customer satisfaction, in order to ensure that the department is meeting all compliance requirements in relation to customer service procedures.
