Assessor/Trainer for Paralegal

18.5 hours per week

*An additional Market Forces payment may be accessible for a fully qualified, suitably experienced/exceptional candidate. This will be discussed at interview/offer.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Assessor/Trainer for Paralegal to join our Apprenticeships & Commercial Training team. 

As an Assessor/Trainer for Paralegal, you will deliver high quality training to individuals and groups and assess learners in their place of work and College to meet National Occupational Standards within the chosen sector.

As an Assessor/Trainer for Paralegal, you should have:

  • Level 3 Paralegal qualification
  • GCSE A*- C in English and Maths or equivalent (new grading 9 - 4)
  • Full Driving Licence and own transport/or access to transport due to the nature of this role
  • Current practical experience within vocational area

You should also be able to demonstrate:  

  • The ability to motivate students
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work with employers to grow business
