Assessor/Trainer for Electrical Installation

*An additional Market Forces payment may be accessible for a fully qualified, suitably experienced/exceptional candidate.  This will be discussed at interview/offer.

Based Wakefield & District/client premises.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessor/Trainer for Electrical Installation to join our Apprenticeships & Commercial Training team.

As an Assessor/Trainer for Electrical Installation, you will deliver high quality training to individuals and groups and assess learners in their place of work and College to meet National Occupational Standards within the chosen sector.

As an Assessor / Trainer for Electrical Installation, you should have:

• NVQ 3 Electrical Installation qualification
• GCSE A*- C in English and Maths or equivalent (new grading 9 - 4)
• Full Driving Licence and own transport/or access to transport due to the nature of the role
• D32/D33, TAQA or A1 Assessor award or currently undertaking or willing to undertake
• Current practical experience within vocational area

You should also be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to motivate students
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work with employers to grow business
