Human Resources is a key partner to the business and provides valuable support, advice and guidance to all areas of the College. We are looking for a key addition to our team to provide advisory support to key stakeholders and staff. With customer service a key driver in all that we do, you will coordinate end to end recruitment activities; including drafting adverts and Job/Person Specifications; responding to enquiries, arranging interviews, completing offer paperwork and contributing to positive staff induction programmes. Accurate management of staff data and reporting people trends will be key to the role. In addition there will be plenty of interaction with employees from all areas of the College to provide support and advice on our range of employment policies and processes including absence management and flexible working.
Of graduate calibre or equivalent, you will have previous experience in a front line Human Resources advisory role. You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service in all aspects of your role; have attention to detail; be flexible in your approach and enjoy a challenge. The current team enjoys a strong work ethic and you will enjoy working at a fast pace contributing to the positive relations we have with our customers.
