Higher Education Engineering Technician

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed person, with current industry experience in Engineering to support the delivery of our higher education programmes in Engineering, Construction and Civil Engineering based at the Maidstone Campus.

The role involves technician duties that will consist of assisting tutors and students, preparing resources, supervising and working with individual students when required.

You will need good communication skills, knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, the ability to work as part of a team and a desire to pass on knowledge to people in training on either higher education or higher apprenticeship programmes. We would be particularly interested in candidates with a background in electronic engineering and experience of relevant software and hardware.
