We have a new opportunity within our Admissions team and we are looking for an Admissions Assistant to support with delivering aspects of the Admissions process, including answering enquiries and processing applications for our Pre-Degree, BA (Hons) Degree and Postgraduate programmes.

Working alongside the Admissions Manager and the wider recruitment team, you will support delivering a first class, professional Admissions service, using a range of communication methods, to ensure that, all admissions enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organisational skills with a high level of customer service are key attributes to this post. Being confident in giving accurate information, advice and guidance to members of the public, applicants and students on our programmes will be essential to the success of this role.  

You will be skilled, flexible and capable of working in a busy environment to tight deadlines, and deliver high quality, accurate work at all times.

Any previous experience of working with Unit-e will be advantageous, however, this is not essential.

This is a permanent post and full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
