The College’s Animal Welfare facilities at the Moulton Campus encompass a purpose built Animal Welfare Centre, an Animal Therapy Centre housing grooming and canine hydrotherapy units and an on-site commercial veterinary practice. Each of the College’s Vocational Skills Academies also have well equipped Animal Welfare Centres that house a range of species. Students studying Animal Management programmes are also taught on the College estate and are given the opportunity to be involved with milking and lambing as well as the chance to work with horses on the equine facilities.

As an inspirational leader you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding student experience through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will ensure high rates of student success and satisfaction. You will embed equality and quality while ensuring the curriculum is relevant and refreshed through strong links with industry.

You will have a relevant animal related qualification and/or experience in a relevant area. You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievements in teaching and learning and evidence the successful implementation of innovative curriculum developments. You will be an outstanding communicator and at ease liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to progress key plans.
