As an experienced leader and manager with an understanding of the Food & Drink you’ll be responsible for developing and working with curriculum teams to deliver an engaging and dynamic curriculum. You will be involved in recruiting, leading and managing a team of practitioners and support the ongoing development of this new area of curriculum which is a key strategic priority for the College.

It is vital that you have extensive working knowledge of the Food and Drink Sector as you will be required to apply this knowledge to the future planning of this provision at Moulton College. You will be educated to degree level, and ideally hold a teacher training qualification. You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievements in teaching and learning and evidence the successful implementation of innovative curriculum developments. You will be an outstanding communicator and at ease liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to progress key plans.
