The post holder will be part of the project delivery team under the new Joint Venture developed by in collaboration between to the seven FE Colleges in West Yorkshire, the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC). As PC&E Officer, you will support the Partnership Director in ensuring consistent communications are deployed across a wide-ranging number of stakeholders involved in the Leeds City Region Skills Network and our portfolio of EU funded projects.

The Officer will be responsible for maintaining an awareness of developments within the WYCC and the Leeds City Region Skills Network, the regions priority sectors and funding organisations enabling the Consortium to effectively engage in new opportunities.

Success in the role will see the post holder effectively communicating the Consortium vision and ambitions to the right partners and key stakeholders, ensuring all are kept well informed, and ensuring ongoing and efficient dissemination of WYCC results.

The Officer will be responsible for managing the key contacts database, maintaining WYCC online presence and managing the work plans to expedite external engagements, WYCC Board meetings & supporting in the facilitation of key project events.
