We require a new full time, permanent member of staff with expertise in Management and Leadership to manage our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in conjunction with the CMI, as well as support development of further higher degree apprenticeships within this area. You will become part of the National Apprenticeship University, a revolutionary concept in higher education and an exciting new way to learn and get higher level qualifications by learning at work.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Master’s Degree or equivalent industrial experience in management. Experience of teaching and supervising student project work would be essential as would possession of a recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to gain one). Experience of employer engagement would be required.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to communicate with students, tutors and academia at all levels.
Duties include team and programme management, co-ordination of modules, employer liaison and a teaching element.
