Learning Support Co-Ordinator

44 weeks per year

Determining learners’ support requirements and supporting them inside and outside of the classroom, you will line mange a team of Learning Support Assistants as well as completing administrative duties as required. You will need GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualifications and a level 3 qualification in Learning Support / Health & Social Care or similar. With experience of supporting young people or adults with learning difficulties and or disabilities, ranging from moderate to profound, you will have knowledge of the barriers that learners with disabilities face and the skills to ensure they are able to access the curriculum as well as work with those who have literacy and or numeracy difficulties.
