Quality Teaching and Learning Lead
Peterborough Regional College is a large, successful college of further and higher education with an established employer and apprenticeship provision. This role is part of the Quality Team reporting directly to the Director of Quality.
As a champion of excellence and change, this role has specific responsibility for coaching new staff into teaching, fostering an ethos of high standards and continuous improvement across the further education provision. This is a fantastic opportunity which will be both rewarding, challenging and support the College strategic objectives.
Essential requirements are a degree or relevant vocational experience, Cert Ed/PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification and TAQA 3. A background of creating e-learning resources would be highly desirable. The successful applicant should have adequate experience of teaching from entry level to Level 3 and working across a range of awarding organisations. The working hours will usually be 37 per week on Monday to Friday, which will include evening teaching/observations.
