Programme Manager Construction
This post will manage Construction Trades from L1 to L3, BTEC part/full time, HNC and HND Construction programmes along with apprentice provision and will be based at the Rainham Campus. Our Construction FE/HE/WBL provision includes a wide range of full and part time courses with a strong demand for work based learning.
You will need to be a motivated and organised individual who will help move this section to ‘Outstanding’. You will be responsible for the success, retention and achievement of all courses within the section and therefore will need a keen focus on teaching and learning and ensuring a quality student experience.
Working with the Head of Department and Work-Based Learning Manager, you will provide management to the area and will be required to manage and develop the course offer including our work with partners.
Applicants must have the ability to manage and inspire staff and must be able to offer one of the following specialism, Carpentry (site or bench) Brickwork or Professional Construction (BTEC) at Level 3 or above.
