What is this role and where does it fit in?

As part of the centre’s senior management team, this role gives the opportunity to have responsibility for the academic staff, providing inspirational leadership and direction to the tutors in the centre. The right candidate will drive an innovative and interactive teaching practice throughout the centre, as well as ensuring that the quality of the academic processes within the centre are to the highest standard. This is a challenging, varied role that requires a forward thinking and creative attitude, with the ability to implement your ideas effectively.  This role offers the opportunity to take on network level responsibilities within the company.

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Significant experience teaching Business.
  • Academic management experience.
  • A track record of delivering quality improvements in an education setting. (Essential).
  • Strong proven leadership skills.
  • Good first degree.
  • Appropriate teaching qualification.

Where is this role based?

This role is based in our Coventry University London International Study Centre. Located in Greenwich, this is a centre that specialises in Business and AES, offering the Internal Foundation, the International Year One, and Pre-Masters courses, to the students. The centre has a tight knit team that are passionate about International Education. There is an excellent working environment for staff, offering a nice balance or focus and energy.
