Weston College is seeking to appoint an outstanding manager who has the necessary attributes to lead the newly formed Faculty of Engineering, Computing, and IT. Applicants must have experience of developing and managing a related curriculum that supports excellent learner progress and progression.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and committed to supporting all learners to realise their potential and ambitions within Engineering, Computing, and IT. A track record of developing high performing teams is a must, alongside evidence of working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive experience for all.

You will:

  • Have a proven track record in leading and delivering educational change.
  • Demonstrate the strategic ability to nurture and develop a highly effective team of managers and staff.
  • Be approachable, entrepreneurial, and focused on learners, whilst leading by example.
  • Display a clear understanding of learning pedagogy, and experience of raising standards and improving teaching, learning, and assessment.

*A relocation package will be considered and offered, where appropriate.
