Apprenticeship level: Intermediate
Apprenticeship duration: 12 months
Possible start date: 19th March 2018
Working week: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, 40 hours per week
The Warehousing apprentice will work with and support the Warehouse manager, introducing new skills and techniques to improve the business.
The business view this as an introductory role to the business. There is scope for the right candidate to move into other areas of the business or to progress to warehouse manager.
Responsibilities:
- Stock taking
- Learn from experienced colleagues
- Assist and learn basic manufacturing skills
- Maintain clean and orderly environment
Desired skills:
- Previous work experience desired
- Driving licence or working towards one
Personal qualities:
- Will to learn
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
Qualifications required:
- Some GCSE’s desired
