We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent, Programme Manager for our Animal Related Higher Education (HE) courses. The successful applicant will develop, lead and teach on our foundation and honours degree programmes. This is an exciting time for HE provision at the College, as we enter in to a new partnership arrangement with the Royal Agricultural University (RAU). The post holder will, subject to validation of our new programmes in animal behaviour and animal conservation, play a leading role in developing and delivering the new provision.
We are therefore seeking a bright, professional and ambitious individual who has the ability to provide our HE students with an excellent experience. You may have recently completed, or be close to completing, a post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline and are looking for your first role in academia. If so, the College has the support in place to ensure you develop your management and teaching skills, and you will gain a nationally recognised teaching qualification in your first year in post. You will also be supported to apply for HEA Fellowship. If you are a more experienced academic we can offer the support to further your career, whether that be in teaching, management and/or research.
