Dudley Academies Trust is looking to appoint motivated and inspirational Outstanding Practitioners to drive and improve the quality of teaching and learning across the Trust, specifically in Science.

Dudley Academies Trust was formed in September 2017 uniting Castle High School, Hillcrest School and Community College, Holly Hall Academy and High Arcal School under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology. The Trust, when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 11 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,100 staff.

You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we are at the beginning of our journey to provide a first-class education for the young people of Dudley, with outstanding teaching and learning being the Trust’s foremost priority.

The Trust recognises that our staff are our most valuable asset and investing in our people is a key strategic priority for the Trust. A common and extensive programme of staff development operates across the Trust, this is extended to senior and middle leaders, aspiring leaders, teaching and support staff and non-qualified teachers.

Have you got the skills we are looking for to contribute towards our mission to providing outstanding teaching and learning? Want to discover more about the Trust and the opportunities it can offer to you?

Book a place at one of our recruitment open events being held on the morning of Saturday 21st April 2018 and the evening of Wednesday 25th April 2018. Or alternatively, apply today.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks, where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
