Part Time International Administrator
Boston College is looking to recruit an International Administrator to work in a small team within the Business Development department.
This interesting and varied role will include working with International students offering advice and guidance from initial application through to arrival and giving subsequent support during their time at College. The role will also include marketing activities, administration, daily support of learners/residents and involvement with some trips and activities. Therefore some occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
The successful applicant will need to have a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent) and a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, have the ability to prioritise workloads and work without supervision. Excellent communication skills are essential to work with partners, agents, parents, learners and colleagues across college along with a proven ability to be able to build good relationships with young people. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for marketing and promotion and be a confident user of Microsoft Publisher.
